Job Summary:

  •  Handling business of distributors in Maharashtra.
  •  Mainly appoint new distributors across the territory.
  •  Stock maintenance with Depot and Distributors.
  •  Direct and monitoring the performance of Sales team of distributors to ensure
  • efficiency and meet the individual & group sales targets.
  •  Responsible for the sales of the entire area. Sales forecasting, area wise planning,
  • target setting.
  •  Conduct market research and formulates sales strategies, develop and implement new

Job Description

  •  Operate foam testing instruments.
  •  Maintain the Testing Lab
  •  Monitor the yield contents of foam.
  •  Take Box trials.
  •  Carry out calibration of Ladder berg system.
  •  Carry out calibration of Tanks & supporting equipment.
  •  Prepare formulation of different density/Type of foams.
  •  Assist department Head to maximize output yield of foam.

Key Result Areas

  • Testing of all RM, Products (Foam, Mattress etc.)
  •  Box foaming & Yield content of Foam Monitoring
  •  Maintenance of the Instruments.
